Low Poly to High Poly

One of my team members on the Bionicle: Masks of Power fangame submitted the low-poly mesh seen here. I took the low-poly mesh and created a high-poly mesh using blender modifiers for the destructive noise, and Substance Painter for the material to bake to the game-ready mesh.
